Changing Minds Mental Health Awareness Week

Join us and make Halton a mentally healthier place to live!

Mental Health Awareness Week this year starts on Monday 8th May and in Halton we have lots of activities taking place for all the family.

Following the huge success of Changing Minds in 2016 , we will be hosting a Mental Health week within the Centre in the Main Town Square and will be showcasing some of the many services and organisations around Halton who can provide support for achieving good mental health. We will also give you practical examples of how you can achieve positive mental health and wellbeing.

Everyone is welcome to come along – at each event, we’ll have lots of activities and information for people of all ages, young and old.

What’s on

Monday 8 May – Friday 12 May – Runcorn Shopping Centre 9.00 – 6.00

The team from Halton Health Improvement and Runcorn Shopping Centre will be supported by Citizen’s Advice Halton, Venus Charity, Anita Morris and Murray the Owl from Hackback, Mental Health Outreach team and the SEND Partnership.

We’ll have information and activities all day for people of all ages to come along and talk about mental health and wellbeing.
